PERMISSION SLIPS DUE ON NOVEMBER 30TH.
Permission slips to participate in the Dec 4 secret shop are Due November 30. Please make sure all forms have been turned into the front office and placed into the PTA box then.
All forms need to be turned in then so the PTA can make a list to provide to the teachers of who has permission to attend. (This will change how they dismiss at the end of on Dec 4.
