HCPSS officials joined local and state legislators, parents and students at Phelps Luck Elementary School on September 22nd to debut the county’s telehealth program. The program links students who are ill or have a minor injuries with physicians, parents and health care providers via streaming video. The telehealth initiative is part of the HCPSS new elementary school model. Phelps Luck will be the first school to pilot the initiative this fall.
