Dear Phelps Luck Families,

As you know, our first bell rings at 8:40a.m. each morning. We have many children who are arriving before this time. Because of meetings each morning before the student arrival time, staff come out for supervision at 8:35a.m. Please do not drop off your children, or have them arrive to school, before 8:40a.m.  In addition, all students need to be in the building before the second bell, which is at 8:55a.m.
