The Maryland Partnership for Prevention will be at Phelps Luck Elementary School on October 15, 2019 to administer flu vaccinations. If you wish to have your child vaccinated at school please return the flu consent form that was sent home on September 12th. Please return the consent NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 23rd, 2019.
